# jobs grades units

5Code Loadouts ties access to your framework's job system.

## Config.Job

```lua
Config.Job = 'police'
```

The single job name allowed to interact with the armory NPC.

## Config.BossGrades

```lua
Config.BossGrades = { 3, 4 }
```

Grades listed here see the in-game **Management UI** at the NPC.

## Config.AdminAce

```lua
Config.AdminAce = 'loadouts.admin'
```

Add the matching ACE in `server.cfg`:

```cfg
add_ace identifier.license:YOUR_LICENSE_HERE loadouts.admin allow
```

Admins can access the management UI regardless of grade and can run the admin commands.

## Config.Units

```lua
Config.Units = { 'patrol', 'k9', 'swat', 'detective' }
```

The unit IDs available in the system. Loadouts and grade mappings reference these IDs.

## Config.GradeNames

```lua
Config.GradeNames = {
    [0] = 'Cadet',
    [1] = 'Officer',
    [2] = 'Sergeant',
    [3] = 'Lieutenant',
    [4] = 'Chief'
}
```

Must match the grades defined in your framework job.

## Config.DefaultGradeMap

```lua
Config.DefaultGradeMap = {
    [0] = { 'patrol' },
    [1] = { 'patrol', 'k9' },
    [2] = { 'patrol', 'k9', 'detective' },
    [3] = { 'patrol', 'k9', 'detective', 'swat' },
    [4] = { 'patrol', 'k9', 'detective', 'swat' }
}
```

This map is only used as a **seed** on first start. After that, the mapping is managed live from the in-game UI and stored in the database.
