# faq

### Which frameworks are supported?

QBCore, Qbox, and ESX. Set `Config.Framework = 'auto'` to let the script detect, or pin one explicitly.

### Do I need ox\_lib?

No. ox\_lib is one supported notification option, not a hard dependency.

### Do I need to import the SQL manually?

No. The schema is created automatically on first start. Manual import is optional.

### Can I rename the `5code-loadouts` folder?

No. Menu images are loaded from that exact path.

### Can an officer hold more than one loadout at a time?

No. The one-loadout-per-officer rule is enforced at the database layer.

### What happens if an officer is missing items on return?

They are refunded their deposit minus a penalty per missing item, defined in Settings.

### How do returns work after a disconnect?

The deployment stays open until the officer returns at the NPC or an admin runs `/loadouts:forceclose`.

### Are settings live-editable?

Yes. The Settings tab in the Management UI writes changes to the database immediately.

### Can I translate the script?

Yes. See **Localization**.

### Who can manage loadouts?

Players with a grade in `Config.BossGrades` and anyone with the `loadouts.admin` ACE.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://5code.gitbook.io/5code-docs/5code-loadouts/reference/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
